Object of the Contract
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the purchase relationship between the provider and the user at the time the latter accepts the corresponding box during the online purchase process.

These products in stock give access to the purchase of swimsuits, tops, bottoms and cover-ups aimed at people from anywhere in the world who wish to buy a Byssinum garment.
The currency used will only be the euro. The purchase procedure can only be carried out in English. In the event that it could be carried out in another language, it will be indicated before starting the contracting procedure.
Stock confirmation will be subject to final confirmation by the provider, which will initially reflect it next to each product.
Any problem with the use of any of the products should be reported directly to Byssinum by email to email@example.com.
Once the order is confirmed it is possible to make the payment by credit or debit card. You can comfortably pay with your credit/debit card through our Redsys payment gateway. In this type of payment, you access a controlled environment in which you will directly provide said entity with your card details, which will connect you with your bank/caja to authorize the operation. In this way, the payment will be made directly, legitimately and safely, maintaining the privacy of the card information at all times.
Byssinum has the highest security measures commercially available in the sector. In addition, the payment process works on a secure server using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. The secure server establishes a connection so that the information is transmitted encrypted to ensure that it is only intelligible to the Client’s computer and that of the Website. In this way, using the SSL protocol guarantees:

All orders are processed same day if received by 1pm. All later orders will ship the next business day. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. When placing your order, please confirm that all billing and payment information is accurate to avoid any delays in shipment. We do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.
Byssinum ships internationally with the assistance of DHL. All customs/taxes/duties/shipping costs are calculated at the checkout page. Your order may be exposed to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are imposed once your package arrives in your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, on rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. If you refuse a shipment from Byssinum, you are still responsible for the original shipping charges and any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package. DHL will not return the package to us and as such we will not provide a refund of any kind.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since the reception of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns and exchange shipment fees will be under the sender’s responsibility.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start the returns process. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, please allow approximately 3-4 business days for your return to be processed and then approximately 5-10 business days for the refund to be posted to your credit card. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
Shipping charges will never be refunded. No exceptions.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS AND LIQUIDATIONS
